A very popular steak cut prized for its flavour. Also known as flank steak or Onglet it is best marinated and cooked over high heat. Has also been referred to as ‘butchers steak’ as it has been said that butchers used to keep it for themselves rather than offer it for sale.  All our steaks are from grass fed traditional breed cattle, dry aged on the bone for 21 days before being expertly butchered to your requirements.
