British Lamb Chops
Lamb chops are a mouth-watering way to enjoy the rich flavour of lamb around your dinner table.
Our lamb comes from South Yorkshire farms, local to us in Sheffield, which we sure makes for the tastiest lamb available in the country (and we deliver nationwide)! What makes our lamb chops really special though, is that they all come from the Texel breed of lamb, which is specially bred to have the perfect balance between muscle and fat. It means that it’s got the perfect combination of fantastic texture and unbeatable flavour.
Our British lamb is dry aged on the bone for a minimum of 7 days, which enhances the flavour of the meat. It’s then expertly butchered into succulent lamb chops.
The lamb chops come from the fillet and loin of the lamb, which creates a great texture.
How to Cook Lamb Chops
You can cook lamb chops in a variety of ways, but we recommend pan frying or grilling 6-8 minutes on each side. This creates a really delicious taste.
We also recommend serving the lamb chops with a mint sauce as this perfectly compliments the flavour of the meat.
