Fillet Steak


Regarded as the very finest cut of beef and the most tender. These luxurious steaks are from the underside of the sirloin which are delicately butchered from the ‘T’ bone which connects the sirloin and fillet cuts.  Ideal for a special occasion, dry aged on the bone for a minimum of 21 days before butchering.  Simply flash fry or grill to your preference.
