Our beef is 100% British and comes from farms in and around South Yorkshire. Over generations we have forged great relationships with our local farmers and therefore we are able to work with them to bring our customers the highest quality beef.

Firstly we select the best breeds of cattle which have been reared in an ethical and traditional manner. We then mature our beef for at least 21 days to ensure maximum taste and tenderness before being expertly butchered to our customers requirements.
