About Our Beef Our beef is 100% British and comes from farms in and around South Yorkshire. We select the best breeds of cattle which have been reared in an ethical and traditional manner. Our beef is then matured for at least 21 days to ensure maximum taste and tenderness before being expertly butchered to our customers' requirements. About Our Lamb Our lamb is 100% British and comes from farms local to us in Yorkshire. The lush green grass they are fed on makes the meat exceptionally sweet and tender. About Our Pork Our pork is 100% British being locally sourced from South Yorkshire with just the right amount of fat covering for exceptional taste.
