About Our Beef Our beef is 100% British and comes from farms in and around South Yorkshire. We select the best breeds of cattle which have been reared in an ethical and traditional manner. Our beef is then matured for at least 21 days to ensure maximum taste and tenderness before being expertly butchered to our customers' requirements.
