Delivery Information
To book a delivery you must first LOGIN or REGISTER
Once logged in go to the delivery page to select your delivery day
Delivery Days
We deliver to UK postal addreses by next-day courier. We don't however deliver to the Scottish Highlands and Islands as a next-day service is not available in these areas.
Your order is freshly prepared on the day it is dispatched and will arrive with you the following day. We deliver on:
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday
By booking a delivery slot when you place your order you choose the actual day your order will be delivered. If you are not going to be there you must give us alternative arrangements in the comments box on the checkout page. For example "leave with neighbour at number 11" or "leave in shed at the rear".
Delivery Charges
For packaging and next-day delivery we charge £5. Your order will arrive with you anytime before 5pm. To have your order delivered before midday we charge £10. To have your order delivered on a Saturday we charge £13.
Delivery charges in some areas will be higher due to higher courier charges. The actual delivery charge in your area will be displayed when you select your delivery day.
Free Delivery
Spend £50 or more and we will discount our delivery charge up to a maximum of £5. This makes "before 5pm" delivery completely free and "before midday" delivery just £5. Once you have selected your delivery day and have at least £50 worth of meat in your basket you will be able to see this discount in your basket.
Packaging
To keep your order in perfect condition we vacuum pack your meat and pack it in a temperature controlled box with ice packs. This will keep your order chilled for a minimum of 48 hours and will ensure it arrives with you in perfect condition.
Every cut of meat in your order will be individually labelled.
